The key objectives of a project discovery are to collect requirements/understand collaboratively. But, sometimes, it is difficult to decide where to start and what to focus on. Story mapping is an interesting activity that engages all the participants involved in the process of building the product backlog on a whiteboard/other project tools if working with a remote team than the traditional way of writing technical documentation.
In this session, the attendees would learn how agile teams create user story maps to better understand their customers and communicate delivery milestones with internal stakeholders. We will walk through the practice of story mapping and share how a product manager can effectively run a story mapping session with their own team.
